How QMS Trading trades forex

Forex Edition watches the whole market at once and lets machine learning — trained on real live results, not just backtests — decide where its entries belong on every single pair.

The instrument

The markets it trades

Every tradeable pair in your MT5 Market Watch — forex majors and crosses, metals, indices, and crypto pairs are all supported (energies are deliberately excluded). It runs from a single chart, and each symbol is treated individually: what the EA has learned about EURUSD never gets blindly applied to GBPJPY.

The decision process

Every layer before any trade opens

1

Watch the entire market at once

From one chart, the EA monitors RSI momentum on three timeframes simultaneously — M1, M5, and M15 — for every symbol in your Market Watch, on every tick. A signal only forms when all three timeframes agree at the same moment that a market is stretched to a short-term extreme. One aligned timeframe is noise; two is a maybe; three at once is a condition rare enough to be worth acting on.

  • RSI momentum read on M1, M5 and M15 simultaneously, per symbol, every tick
  • All three timeframes must agree before a signal exists at all
  • Each symbol is evaluated fully independently — its own signals, its own learned levels, its own stats
  • Broker symbol-name differences (EURUSD vs EURUSD.x) are normalized automatically, so nothing breaks when you change broker
2

Learn where entries belong — from real outcomes

This is the heart of the EA, and what makes it different from a fixed grid. After every single signal, it measures how far price actually traveled against that signal before the move resolved — and it records this even when no trade ever opened, so the dataset isn't biased by whatever settings happened to be configured that day. From each pair's accumulated real behavior, the machine-learning layer derives up to five staged entry levels unique to that pair, and re-derives them automatically every day as new live data arrives.

  • Every signal's full adverse excursion is measured and stored — including signals that never became trades
  • Up to five staged entry levels per pair, each learned from that pair's own live history — never a fixed formula
  • Levels retrain automatically every single day; yesterday's market updates today's entries
  • A minimum-sample rule means a pair with too little data simply does not trade — the EA never guesses
  • Sanity guards reject implausible learned values before they can ever influence a real order
3

Enter in stages, exit as one

When a signal is live, the EA doesn't commit everything on the first tick. It scales into the position at its learned levels as the move develops — each stage with its own independent size. The exit is the opposite: the moment momentum normalizes back from the extreme, the entire basket is closed in one action. Win or lose, the trade is over — there is no hoping, no holding, no moving the goalposts.

  • Staged entries at per-pair learned levels — never all-in on the first tick
  • One momentum-based exit closes the whole basket at once
  • Per-symbol trade caps hard-limit exposure on any single pair
  • A spread ceiling — measured as a percentage of price, so it's equally fair on forex, metals, indices and crypto — blocks entries when the market is too thin to trade honestly
4

Stay controllable, stay observable

An EA you can't supervise is a liability. This one draws a full control panel on your chart: every symbol has its own ON/OFF switch, each of the five entry stages can be enabled and sized individually per symbol, and lifetime win-rate and P&L are tracked per symbol — so a consistently weak market is visible at a glance and can be switched off in one click without touching anything else.

  • Interactive chart dashboard with a live status row per symbol
  • Per-symbol ON/OFF, plus per-stage ON/OFF and lot sizing — all persisted across restarts
  • Lifetime win-rate and net P&L per symbol, so underperformers can't hide
  • Optional Friday block, Telegram trade alerts, and a once-a-day summary report

What Forex Edition will never do

  • No martingale — size never increases after a loss
  • No fixed blind grid — every level is learned per pair
  • No trading a symbol without enough real data
  • No entries when the spread makes the trade unfair
  • No hoping — the exit closes everything at once

The exact levels, thresholds, and model parameters are the product — they're never published, and the EA file itself is locked to your account.

Setup guide

Get Forex Edition running on your account

Eight steps, about 5 minutes.

1

Create your account

Sign up (30 seconds — name, email, MT5 account, password), then choose a plan from your dashboard. Access starts at $20 for a full week; your licence and sync token are created instantly and everything unlocks when your crypto payment confirms.

2

Download the EA file

Log in to your dashboard and open the Download EA tab. Download the latest .ex5 file.

⚠ Do not rename the file — keep it exactly as downloaded.
3

Copy your website sync token

On the same tab, copy the value labelled website sync token. You'll paste it into the EA in step 7 — it's what makes your dashboard show live status and trades.

4

Open the MT5 data folder

In MetaTrader 5: FileOpen Data Folder. A Windows Explorer window opens showing the MT5 directory.

5

Install the file

Navigate into MQL5Experts and copy the .ex5 file there. Back in MT5, right-click "Expert Advisors" in the Navigator panel and choose Refresh — the EA appears in the list.

6

Allow web access

ToolsOptionsExpert Advisors tab. Tick Allow WebRequest for listed URL and add:

https://qmstrading.com

Just the domain — no path after it. MT5 matches on the domain, so this one line covers every connection the EA makes.

7

Attach & configure

Drag the EA onto any chart — it monitors your whole Market Watch from a single chart. In the inputs window, paste your licence key into PP_LicenseKey, and your sync token into PP_ApiToken — both from the Download EA tab on your dashboard. Then click OK.

8

Turn on Algo Trading

Click the Algo Trading button in the MT5 toolbar so it turns green. That's it — your dashboard will show EA connected within 5 minutes.

EA connection

Understanding the status on your dashboard

Your EA checks in with this site every 5 minutes. The banner at the top of your Live Trading tab tells you exactly what's happening.

EA connected Your EA is alive and reporting normally.

The EA sent a report within the last 5 minutes. This is the normal healthy state — it's watching the market, your balance/equity numbers are current, and closed trades appear on the site automatically.

EA disconnected No report received for over 5 minutes.

The EA has stopped sending data. This usually means MT5 was closed, your VPS or PC went offline, or the WebRequest URL from setup step 6 isn't in the allowed list. Log in to your trading machine and check MT5 is still running with the EA attached and Algo Trading on.

No data yet The EA has never reported to this account.

Normal for brand-new accounts that haven't installed the EA yet. Follow the setup guide — once the EA is attached and running with your sync token entered, the status updates within 5 minutes.

Pro tip: the sync token identifies your account only — it can't place trades, close positions, or log in to anything. If your dashboard shows disconnected but MT5 looks fine, the most common cause is a missing WebRequest URL (step 6), or the licence key / sync token not pasted into PP_LicenseKey / PP_ApiToken.
